2024 Schedule
Kid Zone is typically open M-F 7:30am - 5:30pm, but we are closed for holidays and special events. We will be closed the following dates in 2024. Please mark your calendars:

Monday | January 15 (MLK Jr. Day)
Friday | April 19 (Staff Development)
Monday | May 27 (Memorial Day)
Wednesday | June 19 (Juneteenth)
Thursday | July 4 (4th of July)
Friday | August 30 - Close at 1:00 PM (Fall classroom transition prep)
Monday | September 2 (Labor Day)
Thursday & Friday | October 17 & 18 (Staff Development)
Thursday & Friday | November 28 & 29 (Thanksgiving Break)
Monday-Friday | December 23-27 (Winter Break)

Policies & Forms
We ask families to be in-the-know about our policies that are designed to keep your kids safe and happy while attending Kid Zone. Please be sure to refer to these policies and check back regularly to ensure you are aware of any policy changes.
Attendance & Schedule Change Policies
Sick Child Policy
Parents are required to pay for all enrolled days even when their child is not in attendance, including when their child is sick.
Schedule Change Policy
It is to be expected that your child may experience schedule changes while at Kid Zone.
If your child’s standard schedule must permanently change, please submit a schedule change form for to the Kid Zone office 30 days prior to the date change.
Kid Zone management will review the classroom enrollment opportunities and respond within 1 week if the request will be granted.
Families who are enrolled part time and wish to temporarily switch their regularly scheduled days will need to contact the Kid Zone office with your request a minimum of 5 days prior to the requested date change.
A $50 schedule change fee/child will be assigned to your account.
A 30-day written notice of the schedule change request and anticipated date back at their regularly enrolled schedule is due to the Kid Zone office for approval.
Extended Leave change forms are available in the family center of our website or you may request the the Kid Zone office mail you a copy.

Get Involved
Whether it is attending community building events like our pancake breakfast, volunteering in the garden, or if your time is limited, contributing through our fundraising efforts, you have lots of opportunity to get involved in the Kid Zone community!
